Welcome to Two by Two. These terms are an agreement between you and Jeffrey M. Simms ("we," "us") governing your use of the Two by Two app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Two by Two for your own personal, non-commercial use, on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and to Apple's App Store terms.
The app presents Bible verses for reading, memorization, and encouragement, provided for your personal devotional use.
Please use Two by Two respectfully. Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt, copy, or reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unlawful, harassing, or harmful content to others.
Two by Two lets you send verses through your own Messages, Mail, or share sheet. You are responsible for the messages you send and for having permission to contact the people you send them to.
Two by Two is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeffrey M. Simms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Two by Two is free to download and use. The app also offers Journey Plus, an optional one-time in-app purchase of $9.99 (USD).
Journey Plus unlocks two additional animal decks (Woodland Forest and Night), thirty additional animal pairs, and a higher daily verse-practice limit of ten practices per day instead of three. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, and you will never be charged again for it.
Journey Plus does not change how quickly your ark is built. The ark takes the same amount of time on every tier, by design.
Purchases are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. We do not receive or store your payment details. Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region.
Journey Plus is tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstall the app or set up a new device, use Restore Purchases in Settings to restore it at no additional cost.
All purchases are final except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us — you can request one through Apple's support site. If a purchase fails to unlock, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If you keep using the app after an update, that means you accept the revised terms. We'll revise the "last updated" date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
